About SuperConstruct:

SuperConstruct is a construction management SaaS built for cities, counties, general contractors, and owners. We streamline Pay Applications, Lien Waivers, ACH payments, SOVs, RFIs, Daily Logs, Inspections, and real-time project visibility—reducing cycle times and leakage while improving compliance. We have raised seed round of $1M.

The Opportunity

We're ready to scale beyond our early wins (including municipal deployments) into the US. We're hiring a strategic sales leader to design and own our global revenue engine—enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and public-sector procurement—while building a high-performing team.

Preferred Background: Alumni of IITs and/or IIMs (or other globally top-ranked engineering/management schools) with experience in B2B SaaS/vertical software.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Number: Build and deliver a multi-year ARR plan with clear pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and CAC payback targets.
  • Design the GTM: Create the global sales architecture—territories, ICPs, vertical plays (Municipal/CIP, GC/Subs, EPC, Owners), and pricing/packaging for enterprise and PLG-assisted motions.
  • Build & Lead the Team: Hire, coach, and scale AEs/SDRs/SEs; establish a performance culture (playbooks, MEDDICC/BANT, deal reviews, win/loss).
  • Partnerships & Channels: Stand up SI/VAR/rep networks and alliances. Negotiate co-sell agreements and MDF.
  • Public-Sector Sales: Lead RFX strategy (RFI/RFQ/RFP), cooperative purchasing, and vendor registration.
  • Enterprise Execution: Run complex multi-stakeholder cycles with Procurement, IT, Finance, PMO, and Operations.
  • Revenue Operations: Establish RevOps stack (CRM, CPQ, forecasting, dashboards) and instrument funnel KPIs.

Compensation & Logistics

  • Comp: Competitive base + variable (OTE) with accelerators; meaningful equity.
  • Benefits: Health, PTO, flexible work, learning stipend.
  • Travel: ~30–40% domestic/international for customers, partners, and events.
