Closing an RFI

Our product provides a straightforward process for closing RFIs, allowing users to mark them as resolved when they are satisfied with the given response or believe that the RFI can be closed for other reasons. Here’s a guide on how to close an RFI using our tool:

  • Locate the RFI within our product interface, typically found within the dedicated RFI module or section.

  • Click on the RFI to open it and view the details.

2. Close the RFI:

  • Look for the “Close RFI” button within the RFI view and click on it.

  • A confirmation pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm the closure of the RFI.

3. Provide Comments (Mandatory):

  • In the confirmation pop-up window, a comment field will be available.

  • Enter your comments explaining the reason for closing the RFI.

  • Provide relevant details and context to support the closure decision.

4. Save and Confirm:

  • Click on the “Confirm” button to finalize the closure of the RFI.

  • The RFI will be marked as closed within the system, indicating that it has been resolved or no longer requires further attention.
