Creating Your First Project

Companies

  • View all the companies of the projects you worked for and the ones in progress. On selecting the company, you will go to the Projects page.

  • It is also possible to switch between companies from the top navigation bar.

Overview

  • The projects page shows all the Active, Draft, and Completed projects.

    • Active: Published Projects that are ongoing are Active projects. Tools can be accessed by Active Projects.

    • Draft: Projects which are saved as a draft are Draft projects. Projects in this tab are initiated, but not published.

    • Completed: Published Projects that have been completed are Completed projects. All the data of the completed projects can still be accessed even after they are completed.

  • On selecting the project, you go to the Overview module. The overview module displays the project overview.

  • It is also possible to switch between projects from the top navigation bar.

Add Project

  • Who can add project?
    Registered users only

How to add project?

  • Step 1: Click on Add Project button on the Projects page.

  • Step 2: Fill in all the mandatory input fields.

  • Step 3: Once data is filled, you can Publish it or Save as draft. For saving it as a draft, you need to at least fill in the Project Type and Project Name. The drafts can be published at a later point of time as required.

  • A published project will be shown in Active and a draft project in Draft.

  • Select the type of project from the Project Types dropdown.

  • Write the name of the project in the Project Name box.

  • Enter the budget of the project in the Budget box.

  • Details about the project can be written in the Description box.

  • Select the working days for the project from the Working Days dropdown.

  • Select the start date of the project from the calendar in the Start Date box.

  • Select the estimated end date of the project from the calendar in the End Date box.

  • Enter the details of the location of the project such as street, city, state and zip code in the Street, City, State and Zipcode boxes.

  • Select your role in the project team from the My Role dropdown.

  • Once you fill in all the details, you can publish it or save it as a draft and publish it later.

  • For saving it as a draft, you need to at least fill in the Project Type and Project Name.

  • To save it as a draft, click on Save as Draft.

  • To publish it, click on Publish.

  • Click on Cancel to go back to the projects page.

  • A published project will be shown in Active and a draft project in Draft.
