Our product allows users to easily edit RFIs, enabling the creator to make necessary updates and modifications to the information provided. Here’s a guide on how to edit an RFI using our tool:

1. Access the RFI Module:

  • Locate the RFI module within our product interface. This module provides a dedicated space for managing RFIs.

  • Open the RFI module to view the list of RFIs available for your project.

2. Find the RFI to Edit:

  • Browse or search for the specific RFI that you want to edit within the RFI module.

  • Click on the RFI to open it and view the details.

3. Edit the RFI:

  • Within the RFI view, look for the “Edit RFI” button or similar option.

  • Click on the “Edit RFI” button to enter the editing mode.

4. Modify RFI Details:

  • Review the existing information and make the necessary changes to the fields, such as the assigned user, subject, description, expected time to close, or any other relevant details.

  • Update the information as required to ensure accuracy and completeness.

5. Save the Edits:

  • After making the required changes, click on the “Publish” button to save the edits.

  • The updated information will be stored within the RFI, ensuring that the latest details are available for reference.

Please note that once an RFI is closed, editing is not possible. This ensures the integrity of the information and preserves a record of the original query and response. Therefore, it is important to review and make any necessary edits before closing the RFI.
