3. Utilize the Comments Feature:
- If further clarification or additional information is required, utilize the Comments feature.
- Post comments or questions to gather more details from the creator of the Change Request.
- This fosters effective communication and ensures that all necessary information is considered during the review process.
4. Raise RFIs (Request for Information) if Needed:
- If there are specific queries or uncertainties regarding the Change Request, the approver can raise an RFI.
- Submit an RFI to the creator or other relevant stakeholders to seek clarification or gather more information.
- This helps to address any uncertainties and ensure a well-informed decision-making process.
5. Make a Decision:
After carefully reviewing the Change Request and considering any additional comments or RFIs, make a decision regarding its approval or rejection.
If the proposed changes meet the necessary criteria and are deemed appropriate, select the “Approve” option.

If the proposed changes are deemed unsuitable or require further revision, select the “Reject” option.

- In some cases, if edits or modifications are necessary, the approver can choose to “Unlock” the Change Request, allowing the creator to make necessary changes before re-submitting it.

By effectively reviewing Change Requests, approvers play a vital role in ensuring that proposed changes align with project requirements and objectives. The use of comments, RFIs, and the decision-making options empowers approvers to make informed choices and facilitate effective communication with the creator of the Change Request.
