When I started my journey in commercial real estate development and construction, I quickly realized that one of the world’s largest industries was still struggling with fragmented systems, disconnected teams, manual processes, and limited visibility into project performance.

Despite managing multi-million-dollar projects, many teams were relying on spreadsheets, emails, paper documents, and outdated workflows to coordinate critical project activities. As a developer and construction professional, I experienced firsthand the challenges of tracking project schedules, managing budgets, reviewing pay applications, collecting lien waivers, monitoring compliance, and ensuring all stakeholders were aligned.

The problem wasn’t a lack of hard work.
