When I started my journey in commercial real estate development and construction, I quickly realized that one of the world’s largest industries was still struggling with fragmented systems, disconnected teams, manual processes, and limited visibility into project performance.
Despite managing multi-million-dollar projects, many teams were relying on spreadsheets, emails, paper documents, and outdated workflows to coordinate critical project activities.
