User friendly and streamlined work flow. Very efficient app.

As an commerical realtor / owner, we recently completed an interior finish-out project using SuperConstruct. We wanted better visibility into the project without having to constantly follow up with or micromanage our General Contractor. SuperConstruct helped us stay informed about construction progress, project documentation, pending items, and important issues, while allowing the GC and construction team to stay focused on completing the project.

We previously depended heavily on spreadsheets and manually prepared reports to understand project status. SuperConstruct gives us much better visibility into construction progress, financials, documents and outstanding items from one platform.

As a Project Superintendent, completing daily reports after spending the entire day managing the job site used to be time-consuming. SuperConstruct makes daily reporting much easier by allowing me to quickly document manpower, subcontractor activities, work progress, photos, and site conditions. It helps keep the office team informed while giving us a clear record of what happened on the project each day.

Getting consistent updates from the construction team was always challenging. With SuperConstruct, we can review daily progress, site photos, activities and important issues without constantly calling the project manager or superintendent.

As a real estate developer, coordinating project information between our General Contractor, architects, engineers, consultants, and internal team used to involve multiple emails, spreadsheets, and follow-ups.
